I am happy to teach you yoga in one of the Center classes. In my classes I want you to learn to both lengthen and strengthen your body, creating both flexibility and stability as well. It is my hope that by doing this physically, in your body, it also sinks deeper to the other layers of your being. So that your mind, emotions, and spiritual "layers" also become more open and flexible yet confident and strong. Yoga is fun and dynamic yet calming and introspective, at the same time! I aim to teach this and help you to feel this in each of my classes.

As a massage therapist I have similar goals as to yoga. I want to help you be more aware of yourself, take better care of yourself, and give you space to grow and heal.
