Reflection is a powerful mindfulness practice. Paired with yoga, it’s a perfect way to spend your Sunday. Join Morgan 1-3:45 pm on Oct. 29, Nov. 5 and Nov. 12 to enjoy Yogaflow that inspires the writing flow. Participants will be invited to respond to writing prompts that are connected to the day's yoga sequence, and time will be given for sharing and discussing responses. This program is perfect for students who like creative writing and who are looking to deepen a yoga/mindfulness practice through reflective writing. Morgan is a certified English teacher with a minor in creative writing from Penn State University.
