Grace teaches regular group yogasana classes at Lila Yoga Studios in State College. She also offers private sessions that include movement, meditation, embodiment practices, and conscious breath. She specializes in working with clients working to heal their relationship to food and body image through private or small group sessions.
Grace completed both 200hr and 500hr certifications in Lila Yoga under her teacher Erica Kaufman. She works for Eat Breathe Thrive as the Educations Director.
