Short Description/Teaching Philosophy
Our 200-hour Yoga Alliance approved Yoga Teacher certification program is a general hatha yoga course, which can be easily adapted for many styles of yoga. One of the primary goals of our program is to expose our trainees to a wide variety of classes and teaching styles, to help each person find their own unique way of teaching. We are able to do that while keeping our program rooted in alignment, yet maintaining a strong focus that yoga is more than a physical posture practice.

Yoga Lab offers a wide range of classes including Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, Level 1-2, and epic Level 2-3 classes for advanced practitioners. Special workshops such as Intro to Yoga, Partner Yoga, GlowGa, Handstand, Epic Yoga Boom, Anatomy Junkies, Mindfulness, Chanting, etc. are announced as special events.
