Penn State Finals Week is a very stress and anxiety inducing time for faculty, staff, and students. In response, the teachers at Lila Yoga have volunteered to support the health of our local Penn State community by offering free yoga, meditation, relaxation, and mindfulness classes during the Fall 2017 finals week (Dec 11-15).
We come into this practice to shed inhibitions – not pounds. Our intentions are not to step into a smaller size – but to step into our power. We come seeking our truth – not a number. Movement is meditation and the yoga mat our sacred space. I am not your teacher but your guide into self discovery and self love.
Grace works with clients struggling with their relationship to food and body image challenges or changes in eating behaviors. She uses Lila Yoga in her teaching and is passionate about helping everyone feel comfortable with their bodies.
I believe we live in a fractal world where everything we experience and feel are patterns that reflect our truths to us. In one on one coaching, I can help you unlock the mystery of your patterns and learn the language of your inner messages in order to find direction and desire in your life.
This class has been designed to be a wonderful entry level class for those students wanting to use energy therapy to heal their lives. An ideal class for those students wanting to begin an energy therapy practice, and it provides a wonderful compliment to other holistic techniques such as Massage, Reiki, and Therapeutic Touch.
This experience of a lifetime is a spectacular immersion into traditional ashram living in Rishikesh-the sacred and spiritual birthplace of yoga. Each year Erica is thrilled and honored to teach Lila Yoga at the International Yoga Festival. Together we meet and support each other as we participate as a Lila Yoga group in the Festival and the Lila Yoga Journey into Inner Peace.
